No Honor.

​Christians have a myriad of reasons for accepting one and rejecting another.
Some don't like the denomination.
Others believe in attending or degrees from Schools of Religion.
Those over there have issues with race and gender.
The ones on the other side choose according to knowledge of or lack of knowledge of their choices.

Have you read Matthew 13?
Consider this: You are not chosen or called or included because you're too much like Jesus. Jesus, not others, were rejected by His own area. Hmmm... You are not the 'others'. They get called. So, who's left to be compared to? Maybe, you're rejected like and for the same reasons as Jesus. "How could Jesus know that? Who taught Him? We don't trust any of it. Ignore Jesus."

Be grateful. The rejection is a blessing and a testimony to your authenticity in Christ that some people can't handle. It's great to be rejected for being so much like Greater (is He that in in ME than he that is in the world).

54 And when he was come into his own country, he taught them in their synagogue, insomuch that they were astonished, and said, Whence hath this man this wisdom, and these mighty works?
55 Is not this the carpenter's son? is not his mother called Mary? and his brethren, James, and Joses, and Simon, and Judas?
56 And his sisters, are they not all with us? Whence then hath this man all these things?
57 And they were offended in him. But Jesus said unto them, A prophet is not without honour, save in his own country, and in his own house.
