Woman, do you ever feel like a dead tree, even though you know God has filled you with living water and knowledge/wisdom that needs to be shared? Well, be encouraged. Do what's necessary to go from feeling like a dead tree to BEing/sharing the fruitful, flowering tree that God has made you and wants to contiue to make you.

![]() There are always those who argue that Christ was not born on December 25, but cannot give another date that He was born. It's not that deep. Just remember to celebrate His birth. We celebrate our birth, don't we? So, why get so sanctimonius about not celebrating Jesus' birth? Before modern times and recording keeping, birth dates were not exact or accurate. Our past is filled with ancestors who didn't know their birthdate, not because it wasn't possible, but because they were treated in such a way that they didn't have a way to keep accurate dates. Nevertheless, the births were celebrated on whatever day the people chose. Plus, considering all the other things we do that aren't "right" throughout the year, that causes God's grace to abound, I tend to believe, because of how I know God has done me in many instances of love and kindness, that He's not all that upset about when we celebrate His only begotten Son's birth. Celebrate Jesus' birth, alright. Amen. Merry Christmas! Comment with your story. Feel free to use a nickname for anonymity.
