Woman, do you ever feel like a dead tree, even though you know God has filled you with living water and knowledge/wisdom that needs to be shared? Well, be encouraged. Do what's necessary to go from feeling like a dead tree to BEing/sharing the fruitful, flowering tree that God has made you and wants to contiue to make you.

![]() What is the particular administration of your gift? Galatians 12:4-6 4 Now there are diversities of gifts, but the same Spirit. 5 And there are differences of administrations, but the same Lord. 6 And there are diversities of operations, but it is the same God which worketh all in all." What are you doing to advance the Word of God into the Kingdom? There are so many churches on the street corners, on television, on radio and internet. That's cool. I know you are giving of your time and money to assist these churches in spreading the Word. That's cool, too. But, what else are you doing? How often have you heard a choir or person sing and say to yourself that you can do it that too or in a different way for a certain set of listeners? How many times have you heard someone preach or make Biblical statements and you knew you could have said it or presented it in a different way that would catch different listeners? So, what are you doing about it? Yes, you are helping corporately when you give to a larger organization, but you can also be even more fulfilled by doing something more hands-on and more personal. Due to the grace of God, I have rarely just sat around waiting for someone to pay me to preach, pray, teach, visit or anything else for His sake. Even before I was called into the ministry, I participated in outreach, local missions, overseas missions and in-house ministries of the church. A few years ago, I was led, and obeyed God, to go to a radio station and ask for the price of airtime and tell them what I wanted to do. In order to afford the price, there were areas of my finances I adjusted so that I would be able to purchase airtime to spread God's word as God would have me to administer it. All the things I needed or thought I missed were supplied by God in other ways, that I didn't even have to ask for, beg or borrow from others. God led me to make a door by asking if I could go on the air rather than sit around and wait for someone to find me and send me to walk in a door they opened. I started the radio vignette in 2006 and God has blessed me directly and through the leaders of the station! You may not be as bold or determined to fight fear and forge ahead to operate in the administration of the gift God has given you, but you can start with baby steps. Where can your gift be used, accommodated and appreciated? Research the internet, make calls, ask questions, and release physical/tangible "things" and "stuff" that you can live without (excessive outings, dining out, expensive hair or nails, unnecessary shoe/clothing purchases, expensive groceries, etc) so you will have finances for your pulpit/ministry. Do your part to show God that you are willing to give to your own ministry. All I'm saying is get involved in a personal way and you will bless someone every day! Whether through you or by a miracle, God finances what He ordains. Now, GO! Matthew 28:18-20. Comment with your story. Feel free to use a nickname for anonymity.
